1. Intellectual Property & Digital Use Restrictions

All designs, illustrations, character artwork, and digital products in this shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Kawaii Kami Character, owned by Brandie Wippler.

  • Personal Use Only: All digital downloads, printable journals, sheets, and files purchased from this shop are for strictly personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, alter, or claim these designs as your own.
  • Commercial Licensing: Commercial use, distribution, or reproduction of any Kawaii Kami artwork or characters is strictly prohibited unless a specific commercial license has been officially purchased and authorized in writing by Brandie Wippler.

2. Physical Product Return Policy

We want you to love your sanctuary items! Because we are a small business, we handle returns carefully on a case-by-case basis under the following strict conditions:

  • Pre-Approval Required: Any and all returns must be explicitly approved by us before an item is sent back. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
  • How to Request a Return: To request a return approval, you must send an email to [email protected] within [Insert your preferred timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order.
  • Your Email Must Include:
    1. Your order number and contact information.
    2. Clear, well-lit photos showing the condition of the physical product.
    3. A detailed explanation of your reasons for wanting to return the item.
  • Exclusions: Due to the nature of instant delivery, all digital download products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Kawaii Kami is responsible for packaging and dispatching your orders securely. However, we are not liable for transit delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the delivery carrier once the package leaves our studio. If an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
